A POLICY FOR QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY MANAGEMENT, and OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

RETEX CODE OF CONDUCT
The Code of Conduct describes the main principles and norms of conduct that guide us in our daily working lives. However, it cannot cover all potential situations that may arise. The mission of every employee of the company is to set an example for other co-workers by their actions, to fulfill the Code of Conduct in practice – not only in words but also with their behaviour, and to create and promote an environment based on open communication, where everyone can openly ask about ethical dilemmas and discuss any concerns or violations of the Code of Conduct without fear. Company managers are obliged to be role models in the application of the Code of Conduct, actively supporting its enforcement and compliance in practice. Each of us is obliged to familiarise ourselves with the Code of Conduct and confirm our consent by signing it.
GIFTS AND HOSPITALITY POLICY
This statement sets out the policy of RETEX a.s. in relation to offering and accepting gifts, and offering and accepting hospitality when doing business. All RETEX a.s. employees are bound by these rules. Any violation of this policy will be considered a serious matter which may lead to termination of employment.
CORPORATE ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
The purpose of this policy is to establish standards of conduct that minimise the company’s exposure to the risk of bribery. Every employee or person acting on behalf of RETEX a.s. (agents, employees of third parties) is bound by this policy. Any breach of this policy will be considered a very serious matter and may result in termination of employment and reporting to the relevant authorities. Compliance with the policy will help protect you from huge fines and potential prison sentences, as well as RETEX a.s. from potential fines and significant damage to the company’s reputation.

We regularly test our products, both inhouse and at independent laboratories. The quality of our materials is also ensured by an advanced inspection system. The quality management system at RETEX is certified according to
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, OEKO – TEX Standard 100 and IRIS Certification® Conformity assessment:2020 and based on ISO/TS 22163:2017
Our textiles also successfully undergo numerous customer audits.
